One central brain for your business.

Give the video below a watch, it walks you through how we map your business and work out where AI can help.

How we find the opportunities.

  1. 01

    We map your business.

  2. 02

We work out exactly where AI can help.

  3. 03

    We rank it.

  4. 04

We focus on the areas that'll add the most value.

  5. 05

We work on solutions to those areas with you, in person.

How does this actually help you?

Right now, you jump into ChatGPT or Claude, dump in a pile of docs and PDFs and hope it gets the gist. Then you're back and forth trying to drag something half decent out of it, and you copy the lot into your actual tools by hand.

An AIOS is one place that already knows the business inside out and is plugged into your tools. Instead of generic, robotic answers, you get AI that understands how you do things and can go and do the work, with your say-so.

What an AIOS is actually made of.

Context

Your business written down. At the moment everything lives in everyone's heads. The first step is gathering all your business context: your strategy, the way you approach things and why, split department by department. Then we structure it, so when we hook it up to AI it knows exactly where every piece of information on the business lives. That's what makes it your business's own personal AI.

Connections

We connect to everything you already run on. Drive, Gmail, Slack, your CRM, your accounting, all hooked up once under your own accounts. That's what lets your AI open the actual file, send the actual email and update the actual record, instead of you copying things across by hand.

Tools an AIOS connects to: Meta, Slack, Gmail, Minimise, Google Workspace, Shopify, Xero

Workflows

The jobs that eat your week, built to run the way you'd do them yourself. Day and night, with the result handed to you to approve before anything leaves the building.

Intelligence

The models doing the actual thinking. We pick the right one for each job and swap it the moment a better one lands, so the work gets sharper over time without you touching anything. You get the result, not the machinery.

How you actually get one.

Two days, in person, at your place. However long each day needs to be, we're not clock watching.

01

We start by teaching your team how this stuff actually works.

The core concepts, what AI is genuinely good at and what it isn't, and why one setup works while another one falls over. It's hard to spot the opportunities in your own business if you don't know what's possible yet, so this comes first.

02

Then we map how the agency runs.

From lead acquisition all the way through to onboarding. This part matters more than it sounds. Once the whole thing is written down in front of you, you can see exactly where AI can help and where it can't, and you can't work that out properly until you're looking at it.

03

From there we rank the opportunities.

Everything worth automating, in order of what it gives you back. We'll be just as straight with you about what isn't worth touching.

04

We set your AI operating system up before we arrive.

So none of the two days gets burnt on setup. What we do while we're there is fill it with your context. How you price, how you onboard, what you decided last time and why. That's the bit that turns it from a clever tool into your business's AI.

05

Then you build. Not us.

You're at the keyboard making the top automations off your ranked list, and we're sat beside you guiding you through it. That's deliberate, because watching someone else build it teaches you nothing. Doing it yourself is how you end up able to build skills and automations without us.

06

And we don't disappear when the two days are up.

We catch up every week for the next two months, going through whatever's in front of you. Sometimes that's homework from the week before, sometimes someone's part way through building a skill and wants a hand.

“Having what is effectively a 2 day face-to-face course, plus the ongoing support to get our business up and running on AI systems, is the best business investment I’ve made.”
